And tbh lock in our guild are very low on dps in compare with their current gear. U all need to help each other, becouse atm dmg most of u do is in lvl with tanks, stop slacking, it's embarrassing.

In 25 mans im usually in the top 10 on damage done depending on the fight mechanics ofc.

The reason I didn't link to EJ is mainly because the threads on there tend to be stupidly long (like 20 pages+) so unless you get lucky with a search you wont find what you need. The thread I linked though sums up the basic stuff into a 10 minute read.
