I have been playing wow since vanilla and my raiding experiance in wotlk was 12/12 ICC normal 11/12 10hc 11/12 ICC 25man and some HC don't remember really

Im in a social guild now and looking for a raiding guild so that's why im leaving them. I was horde on this realm before Cata in a guild named "Selected"

How did you learn about Paragon? Do you know any member?
I had a healer in my dungeon farm and he seemed to have good gear like me and knew that I wanted to apply for that guild

Why did you chose to join Paragon, and what do you expect from being member?
raids ofc and helpful people etc

I see a few missing enchants and even your tinkers are missing (tinkers are awesome ). Also some gear is reforged and some isn't but it may not be needed.

What do you mean with Tinkers and ye enchants missing because I don't want to spend to much gold on enchants before I get some better gear:) And haven't reforged all my gear yet and maby wont I have reforged everything I can atm so I don't lose to much stats of something but ofc I reforge if I get over capped somwhere.

My point of View... as a good Elemental, would you go for Haste in ANY case...

Your gems seems kinda wierd and you're reforging most of you spirits away to something else, instead of keeping it *it gives hit rating by tallent*
You reforge some haste away aswell...

The Prio for Elemen Shammys are>> Hit > Haste > Int > Crit > Mastery

Not really no it's Mastery before haste because you make more dps when you have more Master "Elemental Overlooad" and ye reforging spirit and why is my sockets weird haster/int/hit ?

oh any point you mean when you have reached the mastery cap seriously I know my class and know I make more dps with more mastery then haste but to haste is good but in wotlk you made more dps the higher mastery you had..

If you are looking for a guild that raids, and want to be a raiding member, and the "mainly prepared for raids" seem kind of an odd thing to say seeing you do all you can to go for lowering your hitcap to increase ur mastery? 12% hit and reforging from spirit already? it might be temporary but to me it seem you really have no clue what your building your char on "is faeriefire hitrating removed :O?"

Also, we have a general view on lacking itemsquality in this guild: The lower item you have at the moment, the more reason there is to enchant it to make up for the bigger loss that the item gives.

trust me I have a clue about my char and inc more epics and enchants but won't do any before I get better gear and if it's a must to join your guild I might do it.. Well just trust me I know what Im doing.

If you knew what you were doing ud be going for hitcap. allways. so no, i dont trust that you know what ur doing, sorry if ud aim for heroics, then fine... but now ur applying to raid, and you still go for the old hitcap from wotlk. i cant say how much 'no' i mean in response to you knowing what you are aiming for.

"mastery then haste but to haste is good but in wotlk you made more dps the higher mastery you had.." < are you still basing ur build from the stats from wotlk? maybe in later tiers this is true, when ur already softcapped on haste from normal items because of the complete lack of mastery on items from start? ^_^ cute

I can say that for any DPS class being hitcapped is the first thing you go for, especially for casters since not only do you miss, your spells can be resisted and partially resisted, and when you're at 5% away from the hitcap vs raidbosses... thats just very bad.

And what if you get assigned to do some interupting?
Missing or resisting that interupt might lead to a wipe.

What if you get assigned to dispell something(purge)?
Missing and spamming it will cost alot of mana + GCDs = lower DPS.

Not to mention that its THE best stat for just pure dmg. Wow 101.

To add to the above, we are basically full, so we can really only seriously consider the most appealing and exceptional applications as potential recruits, and since this is obviously not that, I have to deny as well.
