Hi there!

As Jester (Bago) said, the application is very nice. Your gear, enchants and gems seems good, however your choice of glyphs are confounding. Glyph of Judgment should definitively be replaced with Glyph of Seal of Vengeance (since the judgment glyph is a dps glyph, and the vengeance glyph is basically mandatory for tanking). Also, since you're actually hit-capped you could probably switch your "extra hit on taunt" glyph, but I guess it's nice to have if you sometime slip under the hit-cap without noticing.

Another thing that would be very good if you could do is to spec 3/3 in Heart of the Crusader, since we currently don't have anyone bringing that debuff

We're gonna look over our tank situation before we get you a final answer, stay tuned

I don't know much about paladins but here it is what i have to say lol:

You definitely need some points in the retribution tree, maybe check this out http://www.wowhead.com/talent#sZV0tAbuMusIufdts0x0c. It is common amongst the paladins now days, plus as far as i know the one point in Improved Judgements is "vital" to a protection paladin's rotation.
As far as your gear goes its ok, but i don't understand the def/stamina gems, I mean you are def capped without them too (so you loose some stamina there). Also expertise, well its ok to have a cap but a great majority of tanks wont go for it (some stamina loss there too).Your hands enchant isn't really necessary because as a paly you won't have threat problems (18 stamina there imo). Finally your dodge trinket, with that icc debuff i don't rly consider it more important than any stamina trinket (yes that goes for its proc too).
